Magdalena Miocinovic Andric

Magdalena Miocinovic Andric was born in Belgrade in 1972. While studying philosophy, she began with her art work by taking part in the theatre workshops of KUD-NIKUD theatre troop. She designed sets, created posters and worked on creative workshops.

Magdalena enrolled in the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade in 1998 (department of sculpture), where she graduated in 2003. She was awarded twice with the Faculty Annual Award for the sculpture in material – sculpture in wood and sculpture in metal.

She has been the member of ULUS since 2004.

She has exhibited on many group exhibitions in Serbia and abroad, and has also participated in four international sculpture symposiums in Slovenia, where her sculptures in stone and wood are displayed in the open space. She has had eleven solo exhibitions.
