First classical music festival entitled BUNT – THE SELF DEFENSE OF ART

November 1-8, 2013, at the Ethnographic Museum’s, Nebojsa Tower, AKUD Lola, “Radoviolins” Enothèque, Belgrade

This festival is being organized in support of fine artistic values in Serbia, values that are worthy of our musical talents and the country’s civilizational accomplishments in the 21st century. The festival is coming into being on “its own”, without a single penny received from the state.

BUNT is apolitical and not-for-profit and it is based entirely on the artistic values and good will of individuals. Entry to all concerts is entirely free of charge.

BUNT Goals:

– Enjoying music, as an art;

– Promoting the very highest of artistic values, as well as the universal professional standards of our trade;

– Taking an ethical and aesthetic stance towards the musical profession and having a sense of moral responsibility for musicians of all types;

– Conquering and expanding musical repertoire possibilities and finding new forms of public performance and new spaces for concerts;

– Insisting on aligning budgets dedicated to culture with current European standards;

– Pushing for a greater presence of the art of music in the media;

– Enjoying music, as an art….
